Using the Pricing Tool for GenAI Solutions

1. Choose your preferred currency
2. Select the service category: AI
3. Choose the specific solution:
   • Copilot
   • Autopilot
   • InSights
4. Select your vendor for the chosen solution
5. You will be redirected to the vendor's pricing page
6. Enter the following details:
   • Setup Parameters
   • Recurring Parameters
7. Any field in gray is disabled, you can't edit. Any field in yellow is an editable input. Any field in blue is a dropdown list. Final price is in green.
8. The system will automatically calculate the cost and based on selected margin the price. Please note: this is a simplified, rough order of magnitude costing. Before submitting a financial proposal please check with the GenAi Team
